Whether it’s “What’s the difference between Cava and Champagne?” or “What defines Chianti Classico or a Super Tuscan?”—you can sample these wines and discover what drives Mary Beth’s passion. \nWith 17 years of experience as a professional wine educator\, Mary Beth specializes in Italian wines\, California AVAs\, and food and wine pairing. She will be circulating\, pouring wines\, and ready to engage in conversations about her favorite wines\, regions\, and food and wine adventures from her travels. Fluent in Italian and a Slow Food and Slow Wine advocate\, Mary Beth has lived in Italy and can share some of her favorite wine and food experiences. \nThis summer\, we are excited to offer a series of classes taught by Mary Beth at Locals. These classes\, with limited seating\, will cover various topics and include tastings of beloved wines from Locals.
