The road closure begins at 6 p.m.\, and if you want a good vantage point near the start (north end of town)\, getting there ahead of time helps.\nDress warmly. Late November evenings can be chilly\, especially in the wine-country hills\, so bring layers\, hats\, and gloves.\nParking & access.
