If you like Sauerkraut and meat try this out. Take a 9 by 13 inch baking dish and put in a can or bottle of Sauerkraut (drained) and add ¾ cup Praxis Gewurztraminer. Place four sausages (I like mild Italian or Brauts) along with two pork chops and a chunk of back bacon on top of the Sauerkraut. Add a couple of Caraway seeds and a juniper berry if you want to spice it up. Cook for about 45 minutes in a 375 oven and your ready for a wee bit of heaven. Enjoy.
